Very busy, but got "nothing" done

Today the contractor was out on vacation, so I had a very busy day but nothing got done. I straighted up and took out some of the trash from the large pile in the backyard. I spend a few hours prepping the master bedroom floor for the new flooring. I pulled out nails leftover from the previous flooring and marked all the floor joists (hardwood flooring should be installed perpendicular to the joists.) I also worked on a sample trim piece on which I'm trying different finishes.
