Yard "before" pictures

The yard work starts tomorrow, so I am posting a few before pictures here today. We will try to post pictures from the same place so you can see the progress.

This is the view from the back door.

This shot is looking toward the back door from the back of the yard.



This is behind the garage from the opposite, back corner of the yard.



This is a close-up of a big ditch half way out into the yard. The people that owned the house before us were going to build unpermitted rental units in the backyard so they ran water pipes underground. I had started to dig them out, but with so much to do on the house, I just couldn't finish it and we decided it was okay to leave them buried. The tall plants are seedlings dropped by the Chinese Elm tree.
