This is a blog we set up so interested friends and family members can follow our remodel. We're very excited and hope to share our success with you. Please don't post any identifying information in your comments. I do sometimes get behind, usually due to having to transfer my pictures from the camera and from working some long days. I usually do at least a few entries a week though, so be sure to read back a few days to catch them all.
Today all I could get in was 15 minutes on the door trim. It was better than nothing, and little bits add up over time as long as I'm consistent. One of the reasons I've been making slow progress lately is that I've only been working on the windows when I can do a big chunk which turns out to be not very often.

We're a married couple in the thick of an extensive remodel on a long-neglected gem. We expect it to be filled with excitement. We know there may be some frustration along the way, but in the end we'll have a great house.
