3 hours on windows, but hit a milestone!

Today I spent 2 hours putting a coat of shellac on. 4 windows (out of 12) are done except for final sand and buff. 1 of the 3 doors is totally done, except for trim, which will be installed after flooring. I ordered first shade, and am so excited! I wish I didn't have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to ship. I could order all four (for the 4 windows that are almost done or done), but want to make sure one is right so I don't make a huge mistake. I'd rather waste the cost of one shade than the cost of 12.

Total hours on windows and woodwork to date: 264.5

Here are two shots of the side door in progress so you can see how great the shellac looks.

The top part is done (the wood has a more gold tone)

I also started spray painting the squeaks on the floor so I can fix them before putting flooring in. I want to make sure I've identified them all because once the flooring is in it will be much harder to fix squeaks. This is definitely a case of worse before better - now our nasty floor is covered with black spray paint smudges.

My floor is now covered in these marks:
